Scope
Interactive globe, gameplay & platform
Orbit Uplink gameplay: country guesses connected across a globe, with distance clues, mission history, and scoring.
A completed practice mission: guesses, distance clues, and the final match.

The product idea

Make geography
feel like a mission.

The core interaction is simple: guess a country, read the clues, and narrow the search. The design gives that loop a setting: an orbital console tracking an unknown signal.

The globe shows where guesses land, while distance feedback helps the player decide what to try next. Every part of the interface supports that next decision.

The player journey

A clear next move.
Every turn.

01 / Learn the mission

A short tutorial introduces the hidden signal, country calls, and clues. Players choose an operator handle to start their profile.

02 / Follow the feedback

Each guess adds evidence to the globe and mission history. Distance and region information help players narrow their search.

03 / Come back for another

Daily and practice modes give players different ways to play. Scores, leaderboards, and replay history carry the experience beyond a single round.

Designed around the game

The interface
is mission control.

A restrained dark palette keeps the globe and colored guess markers prominent. Monospaced labels, telemetry, and the mission feed give the game a coherent visual language.

Behind the interface, the product connects game state, player profiles, scoring, and shareable replays. It is a complete web application that visitors can play for themselves.
